Yangon – Bago – Bagan – Mandalay – Yangon

Day 1: Arrive Yangon

Arrive at Yangon International Airport, you will be welcomed and proceed to Bago by coach. Visit Htaukyant War Cemetery and continue to Bago Market. After lunch, visit Kanbawzathadi Palace, Shwethalyaung Reclining Buddha, Weaving Factory in Mon Village and Chinese Temple. Drive back to Yangon and explore the most significant buddhasim site in town; Shwedagon Pagoda for glittering and glamorous scenery. Overnight in Yangon.

 

Day 2: Yangon – Bagan

In the morning, fly to Bagan, visiting Nyaung Oo Market, Shwezigon Pagoda built by King Anawrahta, Arnanda Temple; King Kyansithar’s masterpiece and Kyansitha Umin. Thatbyinnyu Temple; the highest building in Bagan and Htilomilo Temple; the largest temple of Bagan. After lunch, visit Lacquer-ware making home cottage, Manuha Temple, Myinkabar Temple; is famous for its wall paintings. Evening sun-set view of Bagan from Buphaya or Shwesandaw Pagoda. Overnight in Bagan.

 

Day 3: Bagan – Mandalay

In the morning, fly to Mandalay and visit Mahagandayon Monastery, U Bein Wooden Bridge, Mahamuni Buddha Image and marble carving workshop and silk weaving home cottage. After lunch, continue to Mandalay Palace, Shwenandaw Monastery; noted for its exquisite wood carvings, gold leaf beating workshop and Kuthodaw Pagoda; known as the world biggest book. Visit Mandalay Hill to watch the sun-set and panoramic view of the city. Overnight in Mandalay.

 

 

Day 4: Mandalay – Yangon

In the morning, fly back to Yangon. Visit Kabaraye Pagoda, Maha Pasana Cave, Buddha Tooth’s Relic and souvenir shop. After lunch, continue to Chauk Htat Gyi Pagoda, Sule Pagoda and Mahabandula Park; the heart of Yangon city surrounded by memorable scene of various memorable colonial buildings. Then, go shopping at famous Scott Market for bargain. Transfer you to Yangon International Airport for your onwards travel.
